Eligible entries include original art created and presented by the Artist, and signed, numbered reproductions of original work.

No mass-produced items are permitted. No floral arrangements, art supplies, items made from commercial or kit patterns, dried flowers, aluminum can sculptures, picture frames, commercial photography, ceramics cast from commercial molds, manufactured or kit jewelry are eligible.

Absolutely no "Buy-Sell".

The Leesburg Fine Art Festival is a family-oriented event. The work exhibited must be appropriate for viewers of all ages. The Leesburg Fine Art Festival Committee shall have the sole, exclusive and final authority to determine any work not acceptable for display within the Leesburg Fine Art Festival. Any work determined to be unacceptable will be removed so as not to be viewed by the public within the Leesburg Fine Art Festival.
